I apologize for the duplicate emails, but I would like to follow up on whether or not the Faculty of Arts and Science is able to sponsor the Science Rendezvous festival again this year. Generous donations in previous years have allowed us to host a successful festival with over [number] visitors in attendance and very positive feedback as illustrated in the impact survey conducted last year (attached below). This year, SR will be put on a worldwide stage and serve as the kickoff event to the National Science Odyssey Week hosted by NSERC. As such, your donation would make it possible for us to plan a grander event to truly display the innovative research at [Institution’s Abbreviated Name] and provide opportunities for [Institution’s Abbreviated Name] students to get involved with the community.
