  • Send out funding requests

  • Send out funding request reminders. Attach all sponsorship materials
• February:
  • Follow-up with donors regarding fund transfers

Note: Funding requests can be sent out all year-round prior to your printing/advertising deadline. However, they are more effective earlier on.
