TIMELINE: Programming / Exhibit Team

September-October:
- Send recruitment emails to departments, research labs, student clubs
- External science outreach organizations, local professionals (police, paramedics, hospitals etc.)
- Open up programming/exhibition applications
November-February:
- November: Set Response Deadline
- January: Exhibit Info Session
- Early February: Application Soft Deadline
March:
- Early March: Application Hard Deadline
- Organize data generated from the application forms
- Meet with the logistics and volunteer coordinator teams
April:
- Send out Exhibit Info Packages
May – Festival Day:
- Oversee the set-up, running and take-down of exhibits

Science Rendezvous returns to Memorial University of Newfoundland on May 11, with a new lineup of exciting events, activities, and demos.

The University Health Network (UHN) houses UHN STE

The University Health Network (UHN) houses UHN STEM Pathways, a youth outreach initiative dedicated to inspiring the next generation of scientists, engineers, researchers and healthcare professionals.

UHN STEM Pathways will be partnering with Sinai Health to offer fun, free STEM activities for youth at Science Rendezvous. This is a drop-in event – open to all ages.
